Dear Academicians;

We invite you to take part with full texts in the 3rd International Black Sea Journal Social Sciences Symposium (IBSESS), to be held in Baku, AZERBAIJAN in November 19-21, 2019.

As an refereed international social sciences journal, we held our first symposium in Tbilisi, GEORGIA. The second was organised in Giresun, TURKEY. Participants from 7 countries presented papers in both events. The books of proceedings were published both in print and online in our website.

In the 3rd IBSESS, qualified academic papers will be accepted from all the fields of social sciences. We mainly aim to organise a multidiscipliner academic environment, create a facility for the academic world to share their knowledge, ideas and findings, make contributions to the exchange of new approaches, facilitate the dissemination of knowledge, findings, evaluations, innovations and points of view by bringing together academicians from various countries, cultures and disciplines.

Full texts of the accepted papers will be published both in print and online in the proceedings book. Full texts of the papers are limited with 2000 words except for the abstracts. A Turkish and English abstract of the paper should be added before the main text. The abstract in each language should be between 200-250 words and key words of 4-6 must be added. Papaers accepted by the referees will be published in the proceedings book with an ISBN.

As you know, Black Sea, a quarterly refereed  international journal, has been published for 11 years with 43 issues up to now, and it continues to contribute to social sciences. The journal is indexed by International Scientific Index (ISI), Index Copernicus (IC), Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL), Ulrich’s Web (UPD), Modern Language Association of America (MLA), Proquest and ASOS Index.
